"The website does not post the correct rental cost. When I checked into it all ready to go they wanted almost $300 more a month than what they post on their website and instead of updating it I see two weeks later it's still posted at the wrong misrepresented price. When I said something to them all they said was oh sorry, I guess we need to update that. Yet it's still not updated. Wonder if it's like a bait and switch tactic and an opportunity for them to discriminate. They just decide who gets to pay what rent to sway who they're going to rent to or not. If they're that shady to even get an answer on how to rent from them, I would hate to see what happens once you actually sign a contract with them."

"I'm looking for a place for my 82 year old father. I saw online that there was an open house on Sundays so although he wasn't feeling like making the trip he wanted to go so he could see if it was what he wanted. We got all the way there and there was nothing open. No one in the office. No one answered the phone. I immediately got a call back from Noneman. She said there was no open house because there was nothing open and the property manager hadn't updated yet online. My dad was mad and now it's off the table and I'm glad because other people's time should be a priority and obviously it's not. Just want the money."
