"My kids live in this complex and it's been a nightmare for them to get any maintenance issues handled. To top it off, their vehicle got STOLEN out of the complex last night and the management office was no help, and in fact would not open the door and LAUGHED AT THEM through the door regarding their unfortunate situation. Complete lack of regard for their tenants, highly unprofessional, and rude employees. Do not live here."

"I called here and told them that their application website is down and first of all you all application web site should be working. I talk to a lady and I told her I wouldn’t be able to get there to pick up a paper application. And told her I could mail in a money order she tells me that just because if I was to mail in a money order who ever comes in and put down a deposit first they will get that unit. Its like okay so I’m clearly telling you I won’t be able to come in and you telling me that just cause I send in a money order it won’t hold that unit. And then go lie and say you can’t look up the unit I wanted. First of all why was some one else able to see it on their end? But you couldn’t that just doesn’t make sense to me. And then you barely wanted to spell your email address out to me. This place is so unprofessional. This is about the third or fourth apartment that tried to apply to on line but the website was down. I mean I shouldn’t have to come into the office to pick up no application. I been looking to move for a wow now and so tired of people giving me the run around. You can lose the attitude I was trying to rent you guys place but now Im not even interested no more. Because I called about the one bed room and not to mention I did offer to mail in a money order. It’s not my fault that you guys website is down. It should have taken me to the payment options to pay for the application fee but yet some form keeps popping up and it won’t do nothing that shouldn’t be happening if you guys are so serious about renting your place out."

"This is absolutely the worst apartment I’ve lived at! It’s very dirty, I had a lot issues with insects like flies and spiders in the apartment and they never solved my issue even though I was charged for pest control. An ex roommate of mine filed a false accusation against me so they granted him the freedom to break out of the lease. Even though my roommate was found guilty and the case was dropped at court, they made me responsible for the ENTIRE rent and threatened to evict me. They will also scam you by not giving you the full amount of deposit back for reasons like “the cabinet was not clean” even though it was. Their dishwashers always clog up and smell terrible. The sliding glass doors are not properly sealed and let rain water get in the carpets! Like it’s not worth living there at all!! There have been several shootings/murder cases in the apartment complex so it’s not safe either!! Please do yourself a favor and go look elsewhere if you love yourself."

"This complex has great management. You can tell they actually value their residents. I've had so many pleasant experiences working with the office staff. I worked with Angi primarily but the other employees were great as well."
