Garden Ridge Apartments

"So I applied to this apartment and they denied my application all because of my credit score I mean give me a break I had my own apartment for a wow now. And these people are so rude they send me a text message and say my application was denied and I asked them another question and didn’t even get a response. I wish I could get my 30 dollars back. I mean this is ridiculous it really is. They don’t try and work with people that has a fair credit score my credit score is fair. It’s not horrible but could be better. But I would say if you are looking for an apartment and your credit score don’t meet these people standards don’t bother to apply here because they will not work with you. You will be wasting your time like I wasted my time applying. It’s a shame the way people love to give me the run around. If I took the time to apply the least you could have did was try to work with me. And if you don’t believe I pay my rent on time then talk to my current land lords im a good tenant but yet can’t seem to move oh because won’t no body rent to me. But all I’m go say is if you are looking for an apartment with a fair credit score keep looking this place ain’t worth the time applying too and I’m sorry I even applied and got denied. And not only that they lied to me and told me that if my credit sore isn’t 600 or over 600 that I would just need to get a good reference from my current land lord why would you lie like that. And I’m surprise that your on line application was even working and it actually let me apply. I applied just to get denied."
