"Recently moved from Pennsylvania out to Michigan and this was my first big move and everything went smoothly. Everyone I talked to was very nice and everything was done in a quick amount of time. I had to call for maintenance for my hot water heater and the issue was solved within the day. I'm new to the area and really liking it so far. Adrian is a really nice town and its fairly close to major cities like Toledo or Detroit. I'm really like Michigan so far and I highly recommend the Apartments at Autumn Ridge"
"I moved to Autumn Ridge this past May 2022 from Oregon. From the start of inquiry about apartment availability to actual move in, management could not have been more cordial and helpful. The apartment that I rented was re-carpeted, painted, etc. and perfectly ready for move in. Since my arrival, I have had excellent service from management and maintenance. "I have lived in Autumn Ridge for over 3 years now. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew and handling tasks in a timely fashion is amazing. They have done emergency bathroom repairs on Sunday for me, minor repairs, and things we've asked to update apartments, with just an unbelievable response time. Flo and Kathy and the guys are great! Had trouble with the AC and called it in this morning. Within an hour it was fixed! The units themselves are spacious with good cupboards and closets and two bathrooms. The location is convenient."
"I have been living at Autumn Ridge for little over 5 years. It is a great place to live, close to downtown and right down the street from my place of work, which is very convenient!! The apartments are large and spacious, the managers are attentive and very responsive to any maintenance needs - quick to fix anything that goes wrong, and to address any 'neighbor' issues."
"We have been a part of Autumn Ridge Apts for 4 years now. We have enjoyed living here and have made it our home.. Any time that we have had repair issues we have called the office and they have responded quickly to resolving our issues. Flo and Kathy have been very helpful to us, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. The maintenance staff is very friendly and have done a great job in fixing things."
