"Under new ownership and management! Great people! Super friendly and very understanding of our needs and situation! But will not mess around with late or partial payments and has no problem taking care of business when it’s needed! Prompt to respond when contacted for any reason, and even quicker when the unit is in need of repair! Tom has been nothing but amazing to my family and I, and I would encourage anyone to give their business to him for their housing or vehicle needs as he has other rentals properties and is also a used car salesman with big heart and honest soul!"

"From what I hear the manager does drugs with the ppl that he rents rooms to, And the traffic that comes and goes its obvious something is not right there So If that's the case I really wouldnt feel safe renting a room over night there ."
