"Nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. There's not much to do in the area but there are some restaurants and the hotel has a small pool if you need to pass the time. Our room was missing some of the complimentary items but wasn't a big deal."

"We had a house fire and stayed here for a month while waiting for a rental house. I have 2 small children. The staff was always kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and welcoming. The rooms were spacious. The pool was warm. Definitely recommend this hotel!"
"I had requested for a king room. They switched me to a queen room without telling me. When we walked into our room it smelt like dirty diaper, the floors were sticky, the counters were sticky. I went down to request a different room and because I ordered a king. They said they switched me because they didn’t have enough rooms available. Then I requested a different room all together because ours was dirty. The hostess said she could come up and clean it to my standards and bring air freshener. When she showed up she had a rag and a spray bottle which she used to wipe not only the floors but the counters. All in all this is the worst experience that I have ever had at any Hampton and I will not be returning to this location."
