"I would like to start with how fast and efficient the staff has been. We needed to find an apartment quick and they worked diligently to make it happen. We moved into West Terrace apartments and are very impressed by the building and ground maintenance. The laundry facilities are always clean and the halls are vacuumed regularly. We lost hot water for a few hours but it was fixed immediately after contacting them. Our neighbors are nice and have made us feel welcome!! I would highly recommend to friends and family!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about our experience to date with Adrian Apartment Group, especially with Florence! My college daughter moved temporarily into Nob Hill for the summer while awaiting her move to a different complex - this was her first apartment and first experience with independent living. Florence was wonderful with answering our endless questions ;) and taking care of all details prior to move-in at both complexes. The rent is affordably priced for college students in the area (I have another daughter at MSU and off-campus living is ridiculously expensive!) and leases are month-to-month (rare!) which also works well for college students who may be on irregular schedules. The apartments are clean and well taken care of, and their complexes offer a variety of options which can include washer/dryer too! Again - all experiences with staffing, especially Florence, have been wonderful...which gives this mom of a college student much comfort and reassurance! Thank you! :)"

"The landlord is absolutely wonderful and makes sure everything is done when fixing is needed. After a year living in these apartments, I was able to get my kitchen redone and it’s absolutely beautiful. I was still living here while they were redoing everything but they accommodated my schedule to make it work. Definitely a great place to live while being a college student."

"I just recently sold my home. I am a teacher in the community whose kids have moved out of the area. It was time to downsize. I was blessed to find my way to Nob Hill! I couldn’t be happier! The complex management places future renters in a building that is the perfect fit! Their Team of 15 people are timely, friendly and efficient when a small request/need arises within your apartment. It was important to me that I can have my pet with me and they accommodated my request. Upon move-in, my apartment was freshly remodeled and clean. I highly recommend Nob Hill!"
