"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little old and needs updating, but it was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Rooms are entered from inside, not a drive up to rooms. No elevator but only a second floor. Breakfast has hot selections. Such as eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bagels,muffins, cereal and yogurt. Location into the hotel is tricky from the main road, but it's very close to restaurants, fast food, grocery, gas, and shopping. Very good value would recommend."

"Worst customer service ever. They were very rude and gave us a room by the lobby and stairs. So it was noisy. They knocked on the door and told us to turn our tv down. We had it down, but they kept saying turn it down. Now, mind you that the noise in the lobby was louder than the tv. We are elderly and after hitting us up for a high pet fee. Our dog wasn't barking or aggressive, but the tv was an issue hmmm. I'm just saying never again. What happened to kindness and pride in your businesses."

"I had the most wonderful stay here. My husband is a travelling electrician so we have been staying here for a couple of months, and I have to say the staff here is too notch! Housekeeping is very thorough and treated my pet with bunches of pets and love. The office staff has been extraordinary in helping find local places to see and are very helpful with anything you may need. Should we find our way back to Adrian, I will most certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to the area!"

"It's an old hotel... We had to stay on the second floor and there was no elevator. The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft! There was very little seating in the breakfast area and the offerings were skimpy. I booked the room through Priceline. com and the price was supposed to be $155.00 per night (we stayed two nights). After I clicked "Confirm Reservation", I got a message saying that they charged me $470.48 for the booking. I immediately called customer care and wanted to cancel but they said it was nonrefundable because the booking and check-in was on the same day! I told them I was going to give a bad review, and that they are crooks, and they offered me a 10% refund but I didn't even acknowledge that offer. I continued to rant and rave and then they offered a 20% refund and I agreed. It was a $94.00 refund and I felt that was reasonable but now I wish I had held out for more! For what we paid, this hotel was a disappointment. However, there was a huge country music concert in town and we were lucky to get a room anywhere."
