"I lived there a little over a year and couldn't believe the petty bickering that goes on between tenants. There is no sense of community at all. In the summer, the police were there almost every weekend. I never have had to fill out a incident report at any place I've lived, but found myself filling out several due to being harassed. The plumbing sucks and the Apts have rather small bathrooms and kitchens. Although, they do have two larger Apts that are wheelchair accessible. Turnover for managers is crazy. Three different ones while living there. Nothing but Drama!!!"
"I want to give a big shout out to our new maintenance man!! Talking with him one day last week I mentioned that we have been trying for over a year to get new swings because the two that we have are so broken down you can't sit in them. He said that he would try to fix them on his own and here is the before and after picture of the first one. He did a great job!"
