"Northcrest is your average typical mobile home park found across rural America. It is the largest trailer park found in the City of Butler, Indiana and resides just off East Monroe Street. The Court doesn't provide much individual lot space and it seems a bit cramped with over 70 mobile homes arranged around the Court. Still it is more than affordable for somebody who is just getting started or whom may be on a more limited budget. Overall the Court could certainly use some visual improvements to increase desirability for a tenant to live here. It's exactly what one would generally expect from a small town Mobile Home Park."
