"Recently, I ordered a 5-piece wing and their hot sticks WITHOUT CRUSHED PEPPERS for the second time. For the second time the hot sticks were delivered with peppers–strike one, when I asked for the total the CS person said $13. When my food was delivered the total was $16, no mention of a fee prior to completion of order and have never been assessed a fee–strike two, the cherry on top was having to leave my apartment because the driver is too lazy to take the elevator 5 flights to deliver my food–strike three, Captain Tony’s, you’re out!"
"My husband and I have been frequenting Captain Tony's since he first moved here 6 years ago, and we've always been happy with their food and service. Delivery service is consistently faster than their estimates when you order over the phone. Best of all, they are happy to customize your food for you (when my husband could no longer eat cheese due to a medical issue, they were perfectly fine with making their Thai pizza for us without cheese)."
