"Ordered veg. Rice (which only had shredded carrots as the vegetables) and teriyaki chix. Fried rice bowl. Only one guy working who had no clue what was going on. Second Lady employee came in and told him he had no chicken ready. So they tried to five my husband fried rice and said he could have something else for $2 dollars! The total bill was $36 with tip and tax. Told them to give our money back for his as well as the tip. She said she had to void whole order then rering mine in order to refund tip. She only refunded $15.17: $13.99 + .08% = $15.11 not $18.46 which Inc. the $3.35 tip. When I went up she tries to say it is my fault some how and I would not back down. Consumers need to stand up for their rights. She finally called the mgr. and said she was about to quit bc I disrespected her. How did I do that? I just know how to do my math and I caught her being shady! I know all the tricks since we owned a restaurant for 30 years. It is ashamed bc the corporate has put a lot of money in the space but the music. I ended up getting my tip back by it being thrown at me and I had to pick it up off the floor! Who disrespected whom??"
