"Completely unprofessional. I am typically completely understanding about mistakes but Jeffry was terrible to us. When we explained over and over that they got our order wrong he went to the person that put into the order and took their word for it! 3 people were in the car and heard EXACTLY what we ordered. I know exactly what I ordered!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ve never been treated like this! Insanely irritated !!!!!!!"
