I also buy THCO, they have that - but I’m not going to go to two different places so they’re just losing customers business as a whole. Reply: It’s not a different strain it’s like there’s delta 8 and there’s HHC (which to me feels less like a downer and is stronger compared to delta 8) .. You all sell disposable HHC, and just got rid of selling HHC cartridges You thought HHC was a strain of weed, you don’t know your area of business well enough"

"The customer service is awful! Specifically talking about the location in Florence KY. The women who work there are rude and not patient. Specifically the blondes who work there. I go to buy carts every now and then for my pen. I'm very patient, usually keep to myself and keep things short. All I ask is to check for the bubble sizes in the carts they sell. To which they have replied very snarky that they don't do "bubble hunting" and the bubbles are sometimes huge. Not worth paying $31.00 dollars for. But I've have been reluctant to go back some times because they don't make me feel comfortable, but its the only place I've been able to find them, until recently. I spend alot there, I'm there at least 1 to 2 times a week. I do not recommend them. Not only that but it sometimes feels like the employees maybe using the carts because of how low they get and the caps are not on like they are supposed to be. I would highly recommend the store in Independence KY called Lord Vape, very kind, Courteous and the have way more there to offer, and better prices."

"Came in and bought two of the Home Life batteries and the guy said they were already charged, put them in and they were totally dead, popped them in the charger and they were both around 3.40V, which is way lower than they should be coming from the manufacturer, so now I have to wonder how used the batteries are. Also when I called they gave me a different price I just noticed on my receipt I didn't get the $3 discount on the pair of batteries, he charged me full price for each. You can see they've been charging for over an hour @750 mah and just got above 3.70v Edited below. Update 3/1 : the guy switched out my batteries just like he said for fresh ones. I was concerned initially that I had gotten used batteries but it appears they just arrive with almost no charge so it wasn't as big a deal if that's case. Either way that solves that."
