"I would not order from these guys again. It's been 10 days and I still have not received my prescription. The order was "processing" for almost a week after the doctor faxed the prescription, and now the tracking number shows no movement for the past few days. I fully expect to receive a counterfeit product instead of the real thing."

"Great experience except the introduction of the new prescription system (key to this company) has been terrible. From warnings that the great new system would mean slower deliveries down to the swamp trying to order where half the system knows you have an existing script and half tells you that you don't, requiring, at best, a customer service chat, or worse, delay in getting a refill. Can't imagine how a new system like this would be deployed with so many vulnerabilities."
