"Couldn't have been ruder if they tried. Seemed pissed I had a simple question on beers in stock. Gave me attitude, started speaking his native language (felt like he was cussing me out.) So I left. Seems like customer service here has been steadily going down hill the past couple of years. I'm done. The new Marathon in Cheviot on Harrison Avenue is much more customer oriented."
