"They did an outstanding job installing our battery for our Grand Jeep Cherokee. It is not an easy task as it is in the car under the passenger's seat. The best part was we bought the battery there and they installed it for free . I was like, wow, you guys are amazing. Won't find that service most places these days. Outstanding !!! Just Outstanding."

"If i could give this place 0 stars i would!! i normally have a ton of patience for retail because i understand the Craziness it can be. This walmart changed all 4 of my tires and told me everything was good to go and have a good day. Well they Failed to mention to me that the passenger front tire sensor got smashed and the light came on. When i noticed the light and asked them about it, i was told they it just needed to be reset and that they were not able to do it there. Well i took it to my car dealership to have them do it to be told about the sensor being broken. So i (attempted) to reach out to this location for almost 2 weeks. Called numerous times to have somebody “Transfer” me to them just for it to continue to ring. I also showed up to this walmart plenty of times to see about in person but found a note on the door saying “Closed” and all the lights being off and nobody there. Well after 2 weeks of trying and wasting my gas to drive to florence i finally decided to stop in at the Alexandria Walmart where they had absolutely no issue in helping me and were extremely understanding and helpful. I was told by them that this is no surprise that they had the store closed or just not answering phone calls. This is ridiculous!!! i will never be returning to this walmart for any auto care related issues again."

"Tried calling several times a day, 4 days consecutively to arrange an appointment for tire service, no one ever picked up the line. Finally on day 3 I did get through to store customer service and was advised they do take appointments but best bet was to just show up, as I stated this defeats the purpose of wasting time and arranging an appointment."

"Apparently they just work when they want too, and even the customer service rep said they have a "serious problem" about answering the phones or texting people with their appointment information. Drove to the store at 430pm and found a note that said they were closed on the door. Charming. Honestly it's my fault for buying tires from them, truely a case of "you get what you pay for." Next time I'll pay an extra 50 dollars more a tire somewhere else just to avoid this headache. r."

"Tried to get tires but they do not have in stock. Would have to wait 5 days if ordered. People need their tires fixed now...not in five days. All those tires they have but you have to order them. What a hassle. Walmart not run right."
