"To start, I worked at a tire shop in the past. I know tires. My fiance was quoted 89 dollars for 2 new tires. Charged 257. That's fine. The quote sounded wrong. But she gets it back, and one of her new tires is leaking air. It almost went completely flat. The new valve stem is missing the cap, the bead was not cleaned on her tires(probably why it is leaking), and there are no counter weights on her rims. So they most likely didn't balance them at all. You will never have my business again. This is purely being lazy and not taking pride in what you do."

"The guys here are always helpful and willing to do the right thing. My wife hit a median and blew a tire while causing a dent and small crack to the wheel. The guys could have easily sold me a new wheel and tire but instead told me the damage to the wheel was superficial and would not cause any issues. A new tire was all I needed."

"my fiat first went to the tire discounters on Fuller in October 2023 it was very close to my work at the time in Florence and I was told it was a good place for all auto repair needs. My car wouldn't start one day after work, it recently had a few parts that needed replaced a year earlier so my friend said he knew it was probably a starter going bad. Was quoted around $670.00- 700.00 to order a new starter( I guess from Fiat) to have it put in when they can. At least 2 weeks of seeing my car sitting in a parking spot before to check on the status and of course, the mechanic that knew about what my car needs wasn't in, another gentleman at the counter said he kind of knows about my fiat being there, it may need some other part, or a bolt was missing too but it shouldn't take that long to put the starter in, give them several days, and check again. For future reference, if you want your vehicle serviced quickly take it to a local auto repair shop so you can deal with one person. A courtesy call to update the customer sooner than a couple weeks would've been great before I had to come check at the store in person!! When there's more than one mechanic, I would get a quote in writing!! Like a free estimate from a manager!! $1500.00 for a starter and a wiring harness when it was finally ready to be picked up four months later..! I should've been contacted or received a voicemail leaving a name and their estimate if the original quote for needing a starter, bolt, or other part was going to change significantly and for the amount of time that it just sat in the parking lot!"
