"Had a man help me today in the store with my Amazon returns. He was very kind and respectful! Reprinted my sticker to ensure it got returned and even wrote down the tracking number for me- after all he did he then apologized for taking up too much time. He’s was absolutely WONDERFUL! And put a smile on my face due to his kindness."

"Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue I've ran into is there have been some days when they close early, whether it be staffing issues or what.. it would be nice to have a way to know this ahead of time before driving 15 minutes to send a package and find the doors closed."

"I sent 2 packages to my daughter in California just before Christmas. I spent $150 to insure the packages. 1 of the 2 packages never arrived. I filed a claim as instructed by Jenni the store manager. 4 weeks later UPS denied the claim. I contacted Jenni, she had my file an appeal. The claim was paid on 2.16."

"This store stole $250 from me, no other way to say it. I shipped two PC monitors 3/29/2022 & they “lost” them in shipment…despite the tracker saying it never left the store. I went through the claims process, which didn’t find the items (shocked). Then they asked for a price comparison, which I provided. When I called to follow-up they said my claim was closed for failure to provide a price comparison… I’m on your freaking cameras handing it to you? Supposedly, the corporate office wouldn’t let them process a refund for ‘just’ the shipping charge ($47 & change). So, I called the corporate office and they said that’s a lie… the franchise processed the fee & is solely responsible for processing any delivery refund. Shady business… I don’t trust them at all… if you go there do yourself a favor and use a credit card, not cash or debit. At least that way you can dispute the charge if your items get “lost.” Best of luck."
