"3rd time I've ordered from Troy Donatoes and they hadn't even started our order when I arrived at the pick up time. Tonight the Girl at the window wanted us to take our pizza while waited another 15/20 minutes for the rest of our order."

"I was visiting family in Troy and ordered a pizza from here and it was amazing. I had it delivered and they said 30 minutes but it can 20 minutes and I swear the pizza was hot as if they baked it next door from where I was. I love Donatos Pizza! I do wish they would bring back the Zinger! It’s the best! Thank you for great customer service!"
