"Picking up my husband at davita dialysis today and witnessed a driver who had on an orange hoodie go above and beyond to help someone to their car while waiting on his pickup. Loved seeing this type of helpfulness."

"I have a daughter that can't drive & They took her to the Y. They came early she wasn't done doing what she was there for. Said they sat there 20 minutes said they called me 2 times which they didn't. And left her there. I had no way to get her because I had a car accident. She had to walk all the way from there out to Chevy lane. Then I received a letter in the mail saying that it's a warning because it was considered a "no show". My mother when she was alive and at the nursing home used to take the transit to the Walmart. There are times when they came early or they showed up really late. Then blamed her for it. A 75 year old woman with rheumatoid arthritis in a wheelchair.. Shame on you."

"They do not even deserve one star. They have no method. No care. And no customer service ethic. None. I would never in my life recommend this transit to a soul. I had a bus pick up schduled for one of the most important events in my life. Ive got up super early was ready by 8am looking out my window by 9am an standing outside when its 32° by 9:05. So excited ready an waiting for the bus to pick me up. The lady the night prior when i schduled the ride said my pick up time is 9:30 be ready by 9:15. So at 9:21 i just decided to call an check on my ride. An they cancelled my ride marked me as a no show caise the ride showed up at 8:50 an i wasnt out there. Thats not right not in any way is that right. This services that i put so much trust in an slept so good knowing i was getting picked up for sure failed. Now i will have nothing no job nothing. Thank you miami county transit. Your doing great at making sure people stay unemployed."
