"everyone at the Mentor location was very nice. However, after paying one hundred and seventy to two dollars for a new battery, it would be nice if , the gentleman working there would refill my windshield washer fluid . of course, when I left, and I was on the freeway, I noticed I had zero wiper fluid left. Very aggravating for a woman who knows nothing about cars. Especially 2 days before extreme cold weather."
"I got a new battery at the Mentor Ohio location. When finished, I turned the car on and noticed the tire pressure light on my dash was lit. They advised me to travel a mile or so for the tires to adjust. I did this and returned to the store. The light stayed on and I now noticed my clock was no longer lit. They said it was nothing they did. I asked for the manager, Jacob, who didn't know what to tell me or what he could do. I left with new problems to my car that I didn't have before my visit. I drove the car in the parking lot and returned 3 times. Finally they took the car back in and told me to wait in the waiting room. The manager got on the phone to ask someone else for help. Eventually they tried changing the fuse that they had blown during the battery change. The fact that it happened was not as upsetting as the manager's response that he couldn't help me and it was not his fault and I had no recourse. Valvoline has lost another customer."
"They do a good job of getting you in and out. Prices for oil changes are insane these days not just here? They do top off your fluids and put air in your tires if needed. I had a coupon if not for that i wouldve waited or gone elsewhere."
