"So about three years ago I purchased a Cali king mattress. Upon arrival of the mattress I received an already damaged mattress the siding had been scratched however the over all condition didn’t appear in bad shape. The two guys (one being the salesman) were quick to leave, I imagine in hopes of me not returning the mattress. Personally I had been sleeping on an already much uncomfortable mattress, so I was didn’t care much. Anymore this mattress is very uncomfortable. I rotate it every couple of months. And still left with knee and back pain due to unevenness in the mattress. Personal opinion, if you can afford a brand name or higher quality go for it. The mattress quality wasn’t intended for long term use. Overall I’m not entirely displeased I got what I wanted out of it, just wish it would’ve lasted longer"
