Walmart Supercenter 10000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44130

"I was extremely disappointed with Walmart recently. Our pickup was delayed by an hour last time. Even after receiving a notification that our order was ready, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The associate then informed us of further delays and suggested we cancel the order, which we did. Surprisingly, at 8:20 pm, which is two hours after we left walmart, we received a notification that our order had been picked up. We reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility. I spoke with a store associate, both over the phone and in person. She showed me a notification on her end indicating the order was canceled by the system. She advised us to contact Walmart customer service again. Despite our efforts, even a supervisor was unwilling to provide assistance or information. She refused to intervene on our behalf, citing privacy concerns. Ultimately, neither Walmart’s customer service nor the store could account for the whereabouts of our items, resulting in a loss of over $170."

"Save yourself the headache and time and don’t order for pickup. Bunch of lazy punk losers that expect to sit around and milk the clock to get paid! These are the type of guys boys that will never amount to anything because they don’t have any self respect!"

"Nice store not a lot of help from the staff was hard to get helped check outs are mostly do it yourself and lines are always long it seems like all these big companies are trying to run are turn the key business and not concerned with there customers. Other then profit would like to see more cashiers and more help from the staff"

"The “alleged” manager Stephanie this evening is definitely not someone that needs to be leading any team ! Super rude ! Asked me what I wanted her to do about it ? I’m sorry, as the person in the leadership position I would expect you to ensure your team is performing their duties and I would expect the management to be knowledgeable as well as concerned about store policies and procedures. Get out of customer service if you don’t know “ what to do about it “ .. If the manager can’t even take any responsibility for poor customer service, why would the staff ! Do better Wal Mart"

"What a bizarre and strange way to completely mess up your parking lot like you really need 40 Reserved Online Grocery pickup only parking spots taking up the best part of your parking lot??..it would be fine if rest of the parking lot wasn't dirty with carts and trash everywhere and bunch of Cleveland's worse non driving fools packed in closer together due to this brilliant new addition to your store new pandemic lockdown looking parking lot and storefront..needless to say this Walmart will not be my preferred choice even though it is the closest.."
