"I LOVE Menards. I love being able to find American made product, the organization, the wider selection, etc, etc... BUT, THERE IS NEVER ANYONE AT THE DESK TO ORDER WOOD!!! There should really be a way at the gate to the lumber yard. Walking to the back of the store, waiting 20 minutes, walking back to the front to pay and THEN going to the yard to get it is an absolutely ridiculous process."
