The team greeted me with genuine pleasantries. Ashley at the Cleveland location was extremely wonderful to work with. She met me on the showroom floor told me she was available for questions and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything. Once I made my selections, she was ready to complete my purchase. She handled everything very professionally and still treated me like a friend. I will be shopping here again."

"The store is great but the staff is even better. Before coming here I went to the “big name” stores and what a waste of time . They did not listen to me at all. I was very transparent in giving them my budget only for them to 5X what I told them and recommended I finance . Anyway, then went to Northeast Factory and I was in an out in a half an hour. Megan Stein was amazing ! She did not play around. Told her what I needed , she showed me everything and more and kept me under budget . I also had a sense of urgency to get things delivered and she was able to accommodate. I wish I would’ve went there first I would’ve saved so much time and energy . Fantastic experience.
