"We went in and the customer service was great. So good in fact we financed a 9000.00$ bed. Set delivery for Nov 22nd and confirmed numerous times it would be sent to our new address (we just bought a new house) 3 days after we purchased the bed we get an automatic text saying our address was updated and the new delivery date was a week later. Called the store to fund out why and was told by the salesman Barry that he would talk to his DM and I would hear from him in the next 2 days. That was Tuesday, after no contact for 2 days I reached out to the store to be told it's not able to changed, it's no one's fault, and we had not had any communication because the salesman who told me he would follow up was actually off for the 2 days when he suppose contact me. Do better sleep number. We will wait the extra week for delivery, but this was 100% avoidable if your salesman had updated out address when he told us he did, and even texted me to say so, only to wait a few days to actually do it. 9000 is alot to start off this dissatisfied, I'll let you know if the bed is worth the terrible customer service once you sign the line."
