"First off I want to publicly address how terrible and harassing this company is. At the Florence location I have dealt with Donovan and Tracy, BOTH Have been blowing up my phone for the past 11 days over $32 that I do not owe. They can’t even communicate with other stores to figure out where the hell their merchandise is. What an absolute literal joke, I had the merchandise picked up literally four days before my due date and they still want to call and harass me. I will be seeking legal action."

"The lady I worked with said one thing and then after you get into the monthly payments she turns around says the opposite isn’t worth the time money or stress the company itself survives off of taking advantage of people who are struggling . They will tell you lies just to get you into the contract then change there stories . Don’t recommend to my worse enemy. Very unprofessional woman she dosnt deserve to be working in a customer service job . I wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy it so bad . They also claim to price match competition prices but when you show them they say they don’t offer it . Plus they charge over 2200 for a Xbox . Better off going with Arron’s at lease they work with you and don’t threaten you . The lady that helped me out deserves to be fired.. if it was my company I would have fired her long time ago . The store manager is lazy and back up everything that her employees say. You’re better off with Arron’s .The store manager is very unprofessional herself she also doesn't deserve a customer service job . Your Better off going with ARRONS. The store manager is rude uptight and disrespectful she doesn't deserve her job if anything she deserves to be washing dishes at the local McDonald’s even then she will mess that up. Plus Arron’s doesn't charge 2200 for a Xbox so I highly recommend them and if you have a problem come up and you have to miss a payment they won’t be rude or uncaring they will wave that fee and work with you ."
