Buckeye Barnwood

"We went to Buckeye Barnwood to find material for some shelves. Brian helped us a lot via email before we even showed up, and once we got there, Paul helped us find the perfect old boards. He cut them to size and took the time to show us how to clean them up and protect them without losing the charm of the aged wood. Brian was even able to give us some history on the old school our wood came from. It is nice to be able to connect to local history and keep the story of the school alive even though it is no longer there. We plan to return for future projects. These guys know their stuff!"

"Very helpful in helping us select a piece for our fireplace mantel. Lots of great options to choose from and completed earlier than originally estimated. Additionally, when our contractor had to cut some off the end of the mantel due to a change in size on the fireplace at the time of install, we were able to get some additional stain to re-stain the end. He worked with us in getting what we needed despite the change in dimension that was on our end."
