"HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME 3X's before saying hello. Whoever is managing this Plain City location needs to find more reliable people to answer phones on Friday late in the day. I've gotten through 3xs and was hung up on immediately each time. If you dont want to work late on a Friday, go get another job. I called at 6:35pm and never got to talk to someone after trying for 25min. Again, I know it's hard work to answer the phones 30 minutes prior to getting out of work and starting your weekend, but what I just experienced is enough to not do business with Ohio Mulch. How sad."

"Easy and fast experience buying mulch for our home. Compared to other Ohio Mulch locations, the Plain City one seemed to have more stock available. (and, importantly, the kind I was looking for.) Kyle was very helpful with getting my minivan loaded with bags and making the transaction smooth. Sale price was more than reasonable. Will come again. Thank you!"

"I am a trucker that delivers product to many of your stores. I can honestly say, that ANY store that has Brett as a manager is my new favorite to deliver to. I drive a Semi with a 53' enclosed van...most of your stores are very small for us to maneuver, but Brett makes the yard changes so we can get in and get out without damage to your product OR my equipment. Sad to say when he is assigned a new location, the old one reverts back to none of us wanting to go there."

"The absolute worst! NEVER AGAIN! It took 2 weeks to get my prepaid order and they were a no show twice wasting my complete day along with hired help. When they did make the delivery It was short around 2 yards. Truck broke down on my driveway AS IT DID LAST YEAR when I ordered. Driver could not get help and so he left with my 5 gallon bucket of water to get him back. A very sad excuse of a business. Please avoid at all cost."
