"Worst Costco I’ve ever been to. We have homes in Naples FLA, Ohio, and other states with Costco’s and this is by far the absolute worse store ever. My 95 year old mother was death marched around trying to find products they removed from where they usually are, and place them on an end cap at the front of the store. After asking several employees about the coffee, no one knew. I escalated to 2 top managers there, and informed them they are death marching my 95 year old by placing products in weird places they normally wouldn’t be in. Both managers acted like I was being silly and didn’t offer to help us get the coffee! Both mamangers are incompetent at this location and they are not willing to assist with issues they created. Costco has gone down hill,on their customer service. It used to be a nice place to shop, but now it’s too much moving products around the store to make people walk more and view more to potentially buy more. A few employees confirmed this for me. The managements idea of getting people to buy more is by placing popular products in obscure locations so you have walk around to find them and might potentially buy more stuff. What an unscrupulous thing to do to the elder. That’s elderly abuse Costco! This is a mandate from Corporate and we will be taking our business to Sam’s Club, where they will care about their customers, especially the elderly customers. Worst shopping experience in any Costco ever. Won’t be going back!"

"This joke of a business is inferior to Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club is better in every way. Product selection and services are similar so I am not going to expand on that. When it comes to convenience, Sam’s Club is superior. I can pay with something other than Visa or debit. I also do not have to wait 20 minutes in line every time because of scan and go. Lastly, Costco already checks membership IDs to enter the store. Why do it again when I’m in line? And then in order to pay, you got to scan your ID again. They also do not let you share membership like Sam’s because they are greedy and want more people to sign up for memberships. In short, go to Sam’s Club, it’s better in every way. At Costco, it seems like you should be grateful to shop there. While at Sam’s, they are grateful for you shopping there."

"The space is huge of course but it is always a pleasant experience to explore the huge selection of merchandise. If you are in a hurry and struggle to find something you may be irritated but a leisurely stroll through the aisles always turns up something new. The prepared meals, sides, salads and desserts are outstanding by the way. Checkout is always fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the rotisserie chickens or the gigantic hot dogs at the food court! Enjoy your visit!"

"Costco is pretty great but this store is getting quite aggressive with demanding to see the photo on your Costco membership card at check out. I know it's a membership club, and they are trying to prevent people from sharing accounts, but I think a little customer service could go a long way. It feels accusatory. I do have my photo on my ID and will gladly show them, but please stop making us feel like a criminal. Sam's Club isn't like this. You can't beat the $1.50 hot dog combo though, so there's that."

"This location was a complete mad house today. Packed full of shoppers. We had Kelli as our check out lady. We could tell her day was stressed due to shoppers. However, she smiled, laughed and gave excellent customer service!! Costco you are so lucky to have such an amazing employee!"
