"After spinning off I70 Christmas Eve and hitting a metal pole we were left with quite a bit of damage. We were over 700 miles from home and we had to leave our truck behind in their care. To say they went above and beyond our expectations would be an understatement. It took about two months for all the parts to come in and work to be completed which is understandable considering the amount of work we needed done. Wetzel’s had great communication with us the entire time and we felt we were in good hands. After my husband picked the truck up and brought it home I was in disbelief. Not only was the damage from the accident completely repaired but it appears some other scratches from before had been buffed out. When we had our accident we were traveling with our 3 young children and 3pups so the interior was a mess. I almost cried when I saw that the interior had been detailed/cleaned to the point it almost looked new. My 6yr old thought it was a different vehicle. I cannot thank Wetzel’s enough for all of their care during a difficult time."

"Our car was hit by a blown semi tire that took off half our front bumper and wheel well on I-70 in Indiana. We had it towed to Wetzel Auto Body. As it was Friday afternoon and we had 1,000 more miles to travel on our trip and a tight deadline we could not leave the car to have it fully repaired. I explained this to the woman at Wetzel's and she was very understanding. She patched up what she could and removed pieces that were unnecessary and had us one our way in no time. We had no other issues as we traveled to Milwaukee, Nashville and back home to North Carolina where we'll have it fully repaired. I can't say enough about the service we received that day."
