"Took a friend’s car here today and was told that it would cost over $324 to fix oxygen sensor on 2013 Ford Focus ok maybe it does but that really isn’t the problem. I got an oil change and service and supposedly they checked everything. I went to leave and Got the warning that I had a low beam headlight out so I’m back up the 50 foot to the door and go in and tell them now I have a headlight out which is weird since they just assured me that they checked all the bulbs and it was not out when I got there. Then they go and tell me that it’s going to cost $105 to change the headlight because they have to take the whole front bumper off and it’s a big job well no! Came home did it myself in the parking lot of my work with just a couple tools!!!! What a rip-off guess you didn’t think a girl knew you was lying!! Save your money people!!!!"
