My only gripe was that we had to actively call them to confirm whether they were able to service the car, get a price range on the potential repair, and learn what happened to the vehicle. This was the first service repair shop I have ever been to where they didn't call you in the morning to follow up on the car you had towed to their lot. I would have given them a five star review if they had called in the morning to confirm they could repair our vehicle and given a followup through out the day with the necessary repairs and price range."
