"Jim and Max were very helpful when we arrived. My sister had her vehicle serviced on Wed. 2/22/23. It would be helpful if once your vehicle is serviced, the staff person returning the vehicle would clearly inform the customer where to find the keys. My sister & I had to ask several employees where to find the keys, only to learn they'd been left at the service desk."

"Took a friend there to get their oil change They were quit fast and proficient That's all I know of this facility. But I would recommend them for an oil change. Every Tuesday synthetic oil Change only $35."
"They skipped my appointment twice, while in possession of my vehicle for 2 days, then did a rush job on my maintenance. After threatening to take my car elsewhere, the diagnostic report I paid for disappeared. If you want good, reliable, fast service go to Dad's on N McCullough and you'll be much more satisfied. BTW, when I arrived on the first day to get the car, 2 other women who looked like me reported having issued with this same dealership. One of the women was disrespected by a man in the service department. She was only there for a battery but they had her car for 2 days!!! A white man who arrived after us received very fast service and left HOURS before I did."
"The customer service is awful, all they do is lie to you. Was told there would be a 12.9% interest rate & really got a 20% interest rate. There is no reason the payments on a $14,000 vehicle should be $430+ a month. The vehicle prices are ridiculously unreasonable. On top of that they don’t ever get back to you in a timely manor. Awful business."
