Waited in line for two hours and was told I would receive a discount if I didn’t end up leaving and taking my business else where so I stupidly waited and guess what go to check out and they don’t have a discount that I wasn’t skipped over and got in after waiting for two hours and asked not to take my business elsewhere. We have brought all of our vehicles here for years and never waited this long and you can’t do a good deed for making people waste their entire day when you can’t even turn around to get out! Never coming back you lost a costumer after today"

"I liked the service from the people working there, the only small complaint I have is on my second visit I asked for a radiator flush and I told them my current antifreeze/coolant was red and they pumped the flurescent (light green) one into the radiator and did not flush out the one on the reservoir that was red to avoid them getting mixed as they are chemically different. Now if they use the universal coolant that mixes with any color type of antifreeze it would of been nice to know to avoid thinking they were being careless."
