"Never would I ever recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a new set of tires, made an appointment, and dropped my truck off. I got a call about 2 hours later, letting me know they were unable to do my tires as my rims are reverse mount. Totally understandable, went and picked up the truck and considered still buying the tires and having them mounted elsewhere. Later that night I realized my rim was totally mutilated, scratched, gouged beyond repair. I went back the next day and was told the store manager would give me a call the next day. Never received a call the next day or at all the following morning so i took it upon myself to call. Best they could offer me was $200 off a set of tires, when the rim itself is more than $200. Mind you, they can’t even put these tires on for me still nor will I be able to have a road size hazard on these tires. Terrible service, terrible people."
"I went in for full service oil change. This is a tire place, they were unable to get 1 tire bolt off to do my tire rotate, so they rotated the other tires. They did not mark tire tread or brake wear on my sheet or fluid levels, so I do not know if anything was checked. I can say for certain they did not fill washer fluid or check my wipers that are 4 years old an falling apart. I was not impressed with my service received. Oh and the air filter was not checked either, 4 yrs old - I replaced it myself after the fact!"
