"I bought a BMW 328i in fall of 2020, and the time had come for the water pump to be replaced, so I thought. Unfortunately, I had the worst time finding anyone who could work on my vehicle in this area. I asked around my buddies at school (UNOH) and from word of mouth, I turned to this business. It had a reputation of quality work by good people for a very fair price. My gamble was rewarded with top-quality care and being diagnosed and ready to go home on the stated date. I was highly impressed by the friendly and professional way that I was treated each time I was in contact with all involved there, and took his own time to ride with me to ease my nerves after it was completed. I will not take my BMW to another mechanic or shop after today. This is my ride's "doctor's office" for good."

"Brought my truck here and dropped it off. Told them it has a random misfire that I couldnt figure out. They charged me $130 to tell me it had a random misfire and itd cost $1300 to start replacing stuff to maybe figure it out. Zero diagnostics other than plugging it into a computer like o'Reilly's will do for free"

"Just had my starter replaced. Took a week to get it in, but he worked on it & it was done on the day he said it would be. Reasonable prices. Very, very nice people!!! He came out & scraped the ice off my car windows!! Had to come & add to this review. It's now 7 months later & my car wouldn't start... naturally I'm thinking, grrrrrrrr, they put in a bad starter.... Hauled it down there, they looked at it right away. Turns out it was just corrosion on the ignition switch. They cleaned it & only charged me $20. Great guys!!! Great service!!!!"
