I called needing an appointing quickly as I had a broken tooth and Mikayla was incredibly nice and professional on the phone and got me in very quick. I hung up with her and said to myself she was one of the nicest receptionists I’ve ever talked to. It was my first visit with Dr.Mitch and he was super nice and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He didn’t make me feel bad about not coming in more often for care. I’m not a big fan of dentists for fear of pain and he did quite a lengthy procedure on me and never once did I feel pain. The office manager Dawn was super nice and accommodating as were all the support staff I dealt with. I’ll be going back in a couple weeks for more services and I won’t even be nervous!
