"I've had good experiences here in the past, however, I call to check their wait and was told that I could make an appointment for 1:30 and I would not have a problem getting my nails done. I got there at 1:15 to pick out my color and there were six people waiting who had not been brought back. I left at 1:45 because I could not wait any longer. I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to being able to get this done to take something off of my plate. Does this mean that I won't go back? No. But it means that there needs to be a better estimation of time when accepting appointments and telling people that someone will be available."

"I just went tonight. I had no idea where I was going to go. So I went online to see who had the best ratings in Amelia and decided to go there. I am so happy that I did! It had been a crazy month so I decided to treat myself and I got the top of the line pedicure and it was absolutely fabulous! I was so lucky that I got Miss Kim! She was so friendly! My pedicure experience with her was absolutely wonderful! She took her time and made sure that I was happy and comfortable. I would absolutely, and I will next month, make my next appointment with her! I got the pleasure of meeting her sister Miss Jill and the three of us I tell you just had a great time. And then I moved on to my manicure, and I had the honor of meeting Sam. My experience with him was wonderful. My nails look absolutely beautiful. So if you're looking for a place, I would absolutely recommend Victory nails and so go ahead and make that call to get a pedicure with Miss Kim! You will not be disappointed whatsoever! And the same with my manicure, I will be sure to make sure I schedule with Sam again. "I walked in after having a horrible experience at a near by place. I didn’t have to say much. I just showed them my nails and said I just left the nail salon. The lady at the front desk apologized seated me. I didn’t even wait ten minutes for a chair. I sat down and they fixed them beautifully. I am usually a natural nail person but my natural nails were damaged from the previous nail salon. She add tips and refreshed my hands. She was booked and still was able to fit me in since a client arrived late. It worked out for everyone. I am returning today to get my toes done. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Even though I was a walk in, they took care of me, did not rush, and did an amazing job. I’ll post before and after pics. There are from two different nails salons in the same day. I wanted a simple acrylic overlay. I like thin natural looking nails. She provided me with everything I requested. I loved the form of my nail. She asked my opinion throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my service. The nail tech was very creative. I went in as a blank canvas and told her to make my hands look pretty. She did great. Thank you victory nails."
