"Waited several minutes for the girls to take our order even though noone was in the drive thru or inside. Pulled around to the pickup window and saw them sitting on the counter and laughing with each other. Noone was even working. Drove away. Went to another Biggby and they were amazing. Won't go back. Horrible customer service. They are hiring...and you know why."

"I’ve come to this location since it first opened. I’ve always loved the food, coffee and the atmosphere, I’ve shared and supported this location on social media. Unfortunately , I’ve seen a decline in the customer service in the past few months of being a customer. Whether I walk in or go through the drive through the lack of customer service is obvious. The energy of the place seems off. No one greets you, no one says hi and this is not how it used to be. I’m not quite sure what has changed but I personally would prefer to support a local business that cares about the customer service and how they are treated."

"Love this place. Get coffee for my wife and myself every day. ONLY little thing I would say.... I have twice now gotten a bagel with cream cheese and they tend to leave out the cream cheese for some reason haha I know you get busy for sure but this has happened to me 3 times now. Either they are playing a joke on me personally which could be true or someone isn't doing some final control measures. But overall great place and wonderful staff"

"Stopped by today, everyone is really nice and they were helpful in giving my girlfriend a good drink recommendation. They have a lot of drink options and even more when you check their website. Tuxedo muffin is really good! Would recommend!"
