"The salon is nice. The staff are all very nice. But the stylist who highlighted & cut my hair took 5 hours to do it. The color stayed in the foil for over 3 hours. Needless to say, my hair is a fried disaster. The ends are fuzzy, fried, split, & broken, & that’s after she took 3 inches off. The cut is so bad. It’s uneven & nothing like I asked for. I had to spend a lot more money afterward on hair products to try to save it but it’s going to take a long time. I’m also going to have to spend a lot more money to pay for another salon to try to fix the cut. The owner did offer for me to come back so they could see it & talk about what to do (it was not the owner who did this to my hair), which is great, but after my experience, I won’t go back there."
