"I've been coming to this Salon for YEARS. Ever since I was a kid. Today I decided to switch things up a bit, get a new style. I directly stated what I wanted. The sides trimmed on a 3, a bowl cut on the back, and the blonde untouched. My hair stylist managed this. And then asked if I wanted the blonde to be textured. I had zero idea what she meant by this, so I was iffy to do so. I asked if it would interfere with the volume of the hair and she said no. That it would only take off some weight making it easier to style. Trusting she knew what she was doing I let her texture my hair. It was about 3x denser than what is currently shown in the photo, and will take around a month and a half to regrow that far. Not a terribly long time, but still not the service I paid for."
