"Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today (3-19-21). The place was busy and only one person working. After asking her if she was by herself, I found out that Michelle was covering the Franklin Park location but normally worked the Perrysburg store. Anyways, this 5 star is for her. Not only did she run back and forth trying to take care of me and other people needing piercings while also taking care of those at the register, she did it all while staying calm, explaining after care directions, properly sterilizing everything, and helping my daughter get through her worry of pain. She definitely did a great job working under pressure in a high stress situation and still gave my daughter a near perfect piercing. It's people like Michelle that belong in these types of positions working with the public. Great job today!"
