"Two weeks ago I fueled up at pump 4. Pump was innacurate (2 gallons dispensed more than tank can hold) and I demanded a refund. The manager said I had to speak to weights and measures, I spoke to them and UDF directly. Pump 4 was condemned by weights and measures and is documented. I left a number of messages with UDF and no one got back to me regarding this escalation. I want a refund for the gas I didn't receive. How many people did you do this to? Update, I was contacted by the corporate office and was offered a $10 gift card. Not even the amount of money that was taken from me."

"The convenience store gets a 5 star review. They’re great in there and very convenient. However, the fuel pumps are THE WORST FUEL PUMPS IN HAMILTON COUNTY AND THE WORST IVE EXPERIENCED IN THE COUNTRY. They are hard to navigate to. If two or more people are using the pumps it’s miserable to try and use them. Creates crazy inefficiency and I only use their pumps when my car is on empty because they’re near my house. It’s like a punishment to remind me to refuel sooner."

"I cannot say enough great things about this location, especially Ms. Chris! My daughter and I stop in almost every morning before school for her donut, my Highlander Grogg coffee, and to see Ms. Chris. On my daughter’s birthday, Chris bought her donut for her and today she gave us Christmas presents she had bought for our dogs! The restrooms are always clean, they started stocking Splenda not long after we asked about it, and they have real half and half in the cooler. The little things add up and the people are great. And I started saving on gas after Chris talked me into getting a U-drive card (every little bit helps)!"

"I came to buy my wife ice cream And UDF eggnog. However, because I was at the ice cream line, Jean was unwilling to service me because she kept saying someone else was supposed to service the ice cream line so she excepted multiple individuals at the checkout line. So when I said, I would like you to check out without ice cream, she did not accept me because I was frustrated and said some words in the background I understand that is protocol but you accept multiple individuals before me was a bit frustrating. Jean repeated she knew the owner and could not be disturbed. So I went to a UDF a few exits past and they didn't throw out who was in line first. Bad customer service. Unfortunately (as on outsider) cincinnatiians love their UDF to much. I'm also a xavier fan which means UDF was a local favorite. Very disappointed in blue ash. Almost they are stuck up."
