"Very poor delivery service. I ordered balloons and some soccer themed party stuff for my son’s birthday at main event. I ordered this online where they gave me a delivery option. I selected main event for delivery. The only items they delivered were the balloons. None of the other stuff was delivered. When I called, they said that the delivery driver did not know as there was no indication on the other items that they were together! My entire order was a delivery order which I placed in one go so it was one order! We were so disappointed! They offered to get the stuff delivered but it was too late by then as the party time had started! We had to use main events multi colored plates and white napkins for our party instead of the soccer themed plates and napkins I had ordered! We has to do without the banner and just make do with the balloons. Party city did refund my money but I had to go in store for that! And it didn’t matter our party was ruined already. I am highly disappointed and did not expect this from party city!"

"They seem to have a fantastically wide variety of decorations for any kind of party but there were some slim pickings for what I was looking for. I ended up just collecting pricing and got ideas but will probably have to purchase things elsewhere due to there not being enough of the items I was looking for."

"They do not take their carts inside often enough and let them sit out in parking lot and get blown into other peoples vehicles they then refuse to pay for the damages. Horrible business"

"I would like to thank all the staff at Party City especially James the cashier. For being Nice pleasant and respectful and because of the great experience I had. We were able to bring Elsa and Anna home LOL,we got tons of balloons blew up as well as great party theme accessories to top it off. As you can see in the pictures below we wouldn’t have not been able to conquer my daughter’s sweet 7 year old girl frozen theme party if it wasn’t for Party City and they’re awesome balloon services.Thanks!"

"Good store to buy seasonal party supplies. The advantage is that you can buy any variety party supply of any cost range during peak season. The disadvantage is that you will not get any other stuff during off- season. For instance, tried to get some angel costumes today but can’t even see even single costume aisle as entire store was filled with Valentine’s Day supplies. We’ve to wait until next Halloween to buy one. Overall good store and customer friendly staff."
