"My husband and I, are promember at home depot, and spend thousands of dollars at this branch.I send my husband to get a piece of poplar wood, before i stained, i saw a crack. I drove to the store to exchange , and the lady tattoo from head to toe, told me no, because it had a drop of stain, and then she look at my hands , and say they are dirty. It doesnt matter if wood was dirty, when we bought it was broken. Whether I was rite or wrong, I feel I was treated very poorly, and unprofessionally. I got so upset, and just left a 28$ wood in there."

I recommend her to all of my colleagues and friends, she is super friendly and she knows her job.While building our house she helped me multiple times and always did great! "Looking for leaf guards for the roof gutters and Actually had above par service!!! At HOME DEPOT!!! The man working in the roofing aisle was very helpful and led us (read: didn’t just point and say “Over there!” Which has been the norm at HD.) to the items we were looking for! In fact… we later needed help finding a specific type of ladder. Again, he was very helpful. Only bad thing, he only smiled maybe once. But all in all, better service than we have seen at this particular HD in YEARS!"

"The older lady with blonde hair at the self checkout today 10/5 was beyond rude and with the worst attitude not only with us as customers, but also her colleague. She should not be working with people. How convenient her name tag was turned around so no one could see it."

"Bought a washer/dryer at a good price, but the installation wasn’t completed and I had to go through a harrowing experience to get someone to help install it. Avoid purchasing this here because you might have to shell out extra money to complete the delivery and installation"
