"I was not served until I had to flag someone down only to be greeted by “what do you want”? But cheerfully welcomed all of the white customers. I also noticed that the manager constantly checked on the (white) patrons but never checked on my party. I guess only their money spends right? The buffalo dip has no spice and the fries were kind of burnt. The only saving grace was the drink which unfortunately I was not able to get a refill as no one wanted to provide adequate customer service. To answer that initial question “what do I want”? For this place to close…"

"We come here a lot and every time the food is great and the service is great. Music trivia is so much fun on Friday evenings. I brought some of my coworkers with me one one evening (party of 6-all new to this restaurant) and all of them enjoyed it. We will continue coming back!"

"I've been to James Third Base on a few occasions, but only for dine in. Usually I am very satisfied with the food, as it is good. But not today. Today I decided to do take out, and ordered a BLT sandwich worth $12 and an order of fried pickles. The pickles were good. But look at what $12 got me for the BLT. Highly disappointed. Too expensive for this low level of food presentation."

"Great place to go for a straightforward lunch and dinner. For bar food, it was quite tasty. We ordered the phillysteak and pizza hoagie along with the tator top appetizer."

"My husband and I have been going pretty regularly for awhile now and have always loved it. The food is great, the staff is friendly and efficient, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Recently they added healthy options that they'd previously lacked, making them an even better place to go. I had their spinach salad on our recent visit and it was delicious. Now if the patio was for dining rather than smoking it would be perfect. Love this place."
