"I went into the fremont store today. After spending 2 days on the phone trying to switch my old number to my new phone. A lady named Angelina B. helped me. She was over the top great. Absolutely knowledgeable at what she does. Wonderful personality. Wonderful customer service..I was at my wits end , and she made my day..I walked in hating the company and because of her left so happy and satisfied..true professional in her field..I think her boss should do something special for her. Get her lunch at least. What a nice helpful patient lady!!! Mary! ☺️"

"The store is clean and well represented. The store reps are very helpful and kind. The only problem is most of the time outside of selling products or signing up services they can’t help you fix problems with your billing or account. It’s always that you need to call Customer Service. If they made it so the reps could help you in the store it would save a lot of aggravation."

"I went into the store yesterday because my work phone kept saying no sim card and would not allow me to make calls. The sales rep was quite short and told me there was nothing she could do besides to file an insurance claim for 275 and it would take up to 10 days to receive a phone. She didnt even attempt to replace my sim card. I was the told if i wanted anything else to call customer care. Shockingly, this was the best advice they provided the entire time i was in the store. Customer care rep gave me an E sim which got my phone up and running. She then went on and told me for 112 dollars if that doesnt fix it i can upgrade which i was not presented in store. She went on to modify my plan and reduce it from 474 per month to 217. Dont waste your time dealing with the incompetent employees in this store and just call customer care, shorter wait times and they actually have training before they can work with customers."

"Had a great experience at the Fremont store today!! Definitely the best service I have received from surrounding stores. Destinee and Angelina were a pleasure to work with and very informative. They took the time to explain things in a way I understood and answered all of my questions. They even transferred all of my stuff to my new phone for me without hesitation. I recommend this store even if you live closer to another one in the area. Definitely worth the drive!"
