"These Guys are so unprofessional. They scheduled to do work, never showed and would not answer my calls after. They had all our materials for the job and still would not respond to calls. I have no idea how they are in business. It is very easy to answer calls and state you cant do the work if you are unable or unwilling."

"Can’t beat Artistic Pools in Stark County, Ohio when it comes to large high end pools. Bob and Jeremy have great vision. And both hands on - the owner Bob dug and hands on with his guys for all concrete. No issues 1.5 years in. Timeline was on point, started in mid march and finished in mid June despite supply chain issues. Our pool is 20 x 44 with 8 foot tanning ledge and 10 x 12 spillover spa for reference. I use them again 100%."

Miller stated, we are an equipment provider, and Artistic Pools is ignoring emails and phone calls regarding over $40,000 that is owed to us on automatic pool covers that were shipped throughout 2022. Be advised, until product is paid for, there is no warranty. Too bad considering we had a long relationship, and they decide to go radio silent and not take care of their financial obligations."

"My family member used Artistic Pools for his campground. He has evidence on paper that shows that his pool was not completed until 14 months after promised finish date. The owner did not do the pool according to specifications. No saltwater pool and missing features of the splashpad. There were many items that did not work or he did not do and the owner of the campground had to subcontract out the work because Artistic Pools would not do it. They also would not return calls. It was a complete nightmare. They deserve zero stars. Lots of wasted time and money. Please avoid this nightmare of a company ."
